Papaya mango chunks with chia seeds breakfast


Ingredients needed

· 1 papaya

· 1 mango

· 2 tbsp. chis seeds


1. Cut the papaya in half lengthways, use a teaspoon, scoop out the black seeds and discard.

2. Use a small sharp knife to cut the flesh away from the skin of each half, discard the skin and slice the flesh.

3. Cut mango into ¼ chunks and place inside of papaya.

4. Sprinkle chia seeds on top of mango chunks and enjoy.
